A PUD for the project was approved by the COJ LUZ (Land Use and Zoning) Committee for a 70 unit residential project with some commercial. Some minor concessions were made for parking, setbacks and swimming pool area. The developer, GNP Development Partners, LLC has secured financing and is moving forward to buildout the project. Architectural services are now ongoing and will be presented to the community and the HPC (Historic Preservation Commission) along with additional elevations as they are completed. The developer continues to stay engaged with the Springfield Community and looks forward to completing the project in 2017.
